Xpango Hacks? Don't believe the hype....

We've received a few emails recently from members talking about 'Xpango Hack's' videos they have viewed on sites such as Youtube.

These are the type of videos that claim you can "Receive 999 Credits when you enter a certain Referral ID".

A quick browse on a video site such as YouTube and you can find videos that claim to help you gain thousands of Credits!

Here at Xpango we love sites such as YouTube and even have our own Channel for showing videos of Xpango members who have received their gifts (XpangoTV), but we have noticed a growing trend of people making misleading 'Hack' videos, which are completely false and unaccurate as an attempt to get new users to register with Xpango under false pretences to gain themselves Credits.

We would like to clarify that these videos are all completely false, members do not receive 100, 500 or even 1000 Credits and Xpango verifies all accounts, believe us, we would notice!

So in light of this, we would like to advise members to ingore these types of videos and remind any offenders who are caught making them, that their accounts with Xpango will be terminated, without warning.

There are many, many ways of easily gaining Credits at Xpango, but attempting to do this by misleading others, will not allow you to receive a gift.

XpangoTV - Free iPod Nano Competition!

Xpango have recently added our new 'XpangoTV' section, which features a selection of Video Testimonials from members who have received their gifts.

We are keen to get as many videos as possible and to mark the launch of the Video section, we will be giving away a Free Apple iPod Nano to one lucky person who submits a video between now and the 10th of December.

So if you have already received your gift and haven't yet sent a Video, get filming! If your still gaining Credits towards your gift, there is plenty of time until December also.

We will ensure that the Apple iPod Nano reaches the winner in time for Christmas.

Competition Details

If you have already received a gift, but not yet send a Video, you can do so to be eligible for the competition.
If you are currently building Credits towards your gift, which is then received before December the 10th, you can also send in your Video (to reach us by December 10th, 2007).
Videos should be around 20-30 seconds long, similar to those already published.
Closing Date is the 10th of December.

Apple have been very busy this year, releasing a number of new products for Apple Lover's everywhere!

First off, we have the revolutionary Apple iPhone. Incase you have been on another planet, this is Apple's 're-invention' of the Mobile Phone - iPhone is a Mobile Phone, iPod, Wi-Fi Internet Browser and Movie Player all-in-one.

W950i - An iPod Killer?

Sony have now gone one step further by producing the W950i Walkman model, which features a 4GB Hard Drive. (Yes 4GB!) This means you can store upto 4000 tracks on your Mobile, much like the 4GB iPod Nano. What's more, this handset is very slim and light (just 112g), not anywhere near as heavy as the Nokia N91 and it also includes a touch screen, something not yet seen on an iPod.

We have some exciting news that can't be kept quiet for any longer!

Our web team have been busy developing some new sites/areas for Xpango, namely the introduction of Xpango Gaming. Yes thats right, you will shortly be able to receive the latest Gaming Consoles for Free - from Xpango!

If you've ever fancied an Xbox 360, or Sony PSP, look no further - these Consoles (and a few other exciting ones ;o) ) will be available in exchange for Credits very soon.

Changing Gifts & Credits for Testimonials

A new improvement to the Customer Affiliation Area, is that of the ability for you to now be able to edit your Gift Selection.

When you login to your account and click 'Orders/Credits/Referral ID's' from the menu, you will now notice a button next to your order called 'Change Gift'. Click this and you can then ammend your gift selection, if you wish to.

This feature is particularly useful if you change your mind about which item you would like to receive, or wish to gain more or less Credits than your current gift selection requires.

On another note, if you didn't already realise, once you receive your first Free Mobile Phone or Apple iPod from Xpango, you can receive a Free Credit towards your next gift when you submit a Customer Testimonial! So if you've already received your first Gift, don't forget to leave a testimonial and get a Credit - its Free!
