Privacy Policy and Security

Xpango.com takes privacy very seriously and only operates transactions over Industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow the encryption of any sensitive information like names / addresses and critically sensitive information like financial details. All Credit/Debit Card transactions are taken in a secure environment by 3rd Party Partner companies to ensure customer confidentiality and efficient/secure payment services.

Gifts are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery/City Link/Fed Ex which guarantees next working day delivery before 12 noon for UK Customers. Gifts for International Customers are sent via International Airsure Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail) or Fed Ex and are normally received within 7 days of despatch, with tracking numbers being provided.

Postage for Gifts is Free worldwide.

We usually deliver Free Gifts to the address that you provide upon registering. However as waiting times for Gifts can vary, we will contact you before your Gift is dispatched to check your address details still match those orginially submitted. If you would like your Gift delivered to your workplace then you will need to email or send us a piece of your company headed paper with your signature and current home address written on it, before the Gift is despatched.

Definition of Free Gift

Mobile Phones / Gaming Consoles / MP3 Players / HDTVs/ Macs & PCs are provided by Xpango as a Free Gift in exchange for Credits received by customers. Credits can be gained via participating in 3rd Party Services/Offers available on the Xpango web site, referring new customers and/or purchasing Xpango Clix Packages.

Each Free Gift carries its own individual Credit Requirements. Customers may opt to receive a different Free Gift than their original selection. All free Gifts are subject to stock availability. Availability subject to change without notice. Xpango reserves the right to change credit requirements for gifts at any time, for any reason.

Xpango provides Free Gifts to customers worldwide, with no geographic restrictions. There are no limits to the amount of Free Gifts that can be received, nor are there are any time restrictions for the validity of Credits.

Auction Sites

Xpango.com reserves the right to remove users that are found to be selling links to this website for what we regard to be extortionate prices. In this case any amount over £1GBP or $2.00USD. This can be done without warning if offenders are caught. In normal circumstances, they will be warned and asked to refund the purchaser. Failure to comply with this, will result in closure of your Xpango account.

Xpango Offers

Please note that Xpango Offers are restricted to 1 participation per household.

Customers may participate in as many offers as they wish, however individual offers will only be available to participate in once per household. For example, you will not be able to participate in a Blockbuster DVD Rental Service more than once for the same household.

Xpango cannot be held responsible for advertisers witholding commission paid for offer completions, due to, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, offers not tracking correctly and/or a history of manual credits.

In the unlikely event that you are affected by this situation, Xpango will endeavour to liase with our advertisers to ensure your credits are added, but will not accept liability for lost credits.

Returns and refunds

For virtual/digital product purchases (Clix Packages) a refund can only be issed if your purchase has not yet been activated.

Please note - Any Credits awarded to an existing customer, from a new customer who then requests a refund, will be removed.

In the unlikely event that Free Gifts need to be returned to us, they must be returned within 14 days in "as new" condition and complete with all packaging and any accessories originally supplied. Should your received Gift be faulty, you can obtain a brand new replacement handset within 28 days of receiving your free gift.

We strongly advise that an insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery but not Recorded Delivery) is used to return faulty gifts. We cannot be held liable for any returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Anti-spam policy

Xpango.com's 'Email a Friend' website feature is designed to encourage members to introduce the benefits of Xpango to their friends and family, and to people they transact with online. It is not intended to encourage spam. You may post your referral link online in any place deemed appropriate by the owners of the website where you are posting. However, anyone who is found to have spammed other internet users in an attempt to gain referrals will could have their Credits removed, or be completely removed from Xpango.com.

Xpango does not tolerate users attempting to refer new users to Xpango under false pretences - such as creating video or any other material that is designed to mislead a user to registering with Xpango. False pretences include claiming a user will gain a high number of Credits if they register with a members Referral ID. Offenders will have their Xpango accounts terminated without warning.

Accounts placed on hold

Xpango reserves the right to place any account on hold, due to, but not limited to, fraudulent offer completions, fraudulent referrals, fraudulent/multiple accounts, excessive spamming of a Referral ID or generating referrals using misleading information. Xpango reserves the right to put on hold any account for any reason, without notice.

Owners of accounts placed on hold will not receive compensation for credits gained.

Accounts in excess of 2 years inactivity will be judged at Xpango's discression.
